We are dedicating our Workshop #3 to this topic of rituals/habits. We call it “Daily Mastery” because it is about establishing an individually fitting new behaviour where the current one does not bring one any further or even inhibits further development.
D.Y.L. stands for creative and playful sessions combined with a well thought out structure with preparation and follow-up. Thus, we allow you a maximum output that you can take home.
Each participant receives a small set of tasks for preparation immediately after registration:

Take home with you your personal set of rituals and a journal for 90 days in book form, so that the new rituals can become healthy habits that will help you to live consciously each day and be happy, well-balanced and content in the evening.
