More importantly, what would it mean for your life if you felt less stressed from any kind of situation? The modern word for this is “stress resilience”, a resistance to stressors of all kinds.

Imagine you would be less stressed in your life? – what would you win? – and how to reach that? These are exactly the questions, the D.Y.L. workshop #4 is all about and which will guide you to find your own answers and powerful strategies to implement into your daily life.

“Goodbye Stress” is a body and mind-focused course that firstly helps you to understand your specific sources of stress better and secondly guides you towards your effective individual daily strategy to feel permanently more relaxed and in control of your energy.

The aim is to find simple body-mind practices that have the power to help you within just a few minutes per day or in specific situations to feel a real difference.

In the workshop, we will introduce a variety of practices to you from which you could pick your most beneficial ones. These are practices like:

  • mindfulness techniques
  • meditation
  • strengthening and energizing yoga body- & breathwork
  • physical relaxation
  • restorative yoga practices to release stress from the body
  • breathing drills and visualizations/affirmations for different kinds of situations.
