While most exercise programs work purely on movement, the Bootcamp includes specific and targeted vision and balance exercises. The aim is to provide your brain with new impulses and to let it integrate them. As a result, the individually possible results are maximized so that one’s own potential can unfold fully.

This 6 session long advanced bootcamp is a real deep dive into the 3-pillar training of Z-Health® Performance Solutions, the very unique approach to holistic movement training.
In this advanced program, as we will practice the curriculum of the 12 weeks bootcamp course and add some advanced versions of the drills.
It is gerat for everyone who has experience with this kind of training, especially graduates of the previous bootcamp who wish to freshen up and deepen their practice. The Bootcamp helps everyone to increase their performance in everyday life. It is completely safe and has no negative side effects.
The advanced bootcamp is based on the fundamental principle of Z-Health® “Small stimuli – significant results” or “Testing and checking”. Thus in some cases inconspicuous exercises can lead to measurable changes in a short period of time. You will recognize which exercises have an effect on you, because everyone is unique, and every brain and body react differently to the individual exercises.
Each session has 6 phases

- holistic warm-up
- movement skills
- balance skills
- visual competence
- summary and documentation
In each group session, we will discuss some interesting training theory, in particular, neuroscience. After an effective holistic warm-up program, the 3 pillars are trained. In every session, you will refine known drills and learn new ones. Finally, there is always time for questions and individual notes for training at home.
Small stimuli, significant results
The training is based on the phenomenon of neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to respond to small stimuli with significant changes. In some cases, inconspicuous exercises can lead to measurable changes in a short time.
Train smart – train in a small group!
Use the energy of the small group to train together once a week, to exchange ideas and to motivate each other. The groups comprise of a maximum of 12 people and are colourfully mixed, there are no age restrictions or other conditions.

We want you to feel right at home in the Bootcamp. Therefore, we’d like to support your decision-making process. Just contact us for a preliminary talk. We even offer that you participate in the first session and decide afterwards if you continue or not. Should you have paid in advance, we give you 100% of the money back after the first session, should you decide not to continue. We just ask you to leave the manual with us.
Course contents at a glance
- The Bootcamp is based on applied neuroanatomy.
- The group has a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 participants.
- A training course consists of 6 sessions of 75 minutes each.
- Each participant receives a handout and gets access to the videos with the drills.
The course fee for the Bootcamp “advanced” is 149,00 € (incl. handout/video of the exercises).
The course + 1 individual neuro-checkup costs 199,00 €.
Wednesday afternoon from 16:15 to 17:30h, the next course starts on 13th November 2019.
