Set your training on 3 pillars and increase your performance!

Annette will be teaching the original 3-pillar training of Z-Health® Performance Solutions, the very unique approach to holistic movement training.
While most exercise programs work purely on movement, the Bootcamp includes specific and targeted vision and balance exercises. The aim is to provide your brain with new impulses and to let it integrate them. As a result, the individually possible results are maximized so that one’s own potential can unfold fully.
Everyone is an athlete!
The Bootcamp is suitable for everyone and helps everyone to increase their performance in everyday life. It is completely safe and has no negative side effects.
Create your own personal training program!
The Bootcamp is based on the fundamental principle of Z-Health® “Testing and Re-Testing”, so that in each session you recognize which exercises have a specific effect on you, because everyone is unique, and every brain and body react differently to the individual exercises.
With the help of the nearly 100-page training book, you can document your progress and develop your own specific training program over the course of 12 weeks. Everyone determines the level of difficulty for themselves, each exercise can be made easier or more difficult.
Each session has 6 phases
- basics of neuro-athletics
- holistic warm-up
- movement skills
- balance skills
- visual competence
- summary and documentation
In each group session, we will discuss some interesting training theory, in particular, neuroscience. After an effective holistic warm-up program, the 3 pillars are trained. In every session, you will refine known drills and learn new ones. Finally, there is always time for questions and individual notes for training at home.
Small stimuli, significant results
The training is based on the phenomenon of neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to respond to small stimuli with significant changes. In some cases, inconspicuous exercises can lead to measurable changes in a short time.
Train smart – train in a small group!
Use the energy of the small group to train together once a week, to exchange ideas and to motivate each other. The groups comprise of a maximum of 12 people and are colourfully mixed, there are no age restrictions or other conditions.
Preliminary talk/trial training for free!
We want you to feel right at home in the Bootcamp. Therefore, we’d like to support your decision-making process. Just contact us for a preliminary talk. We even offer that you participate in the first session and decide afterwards if you continue or not. Should you have paid in advance, we give you 100% of the money back after the first session, should you decide not to continue. We just ask you to leave the manual with us.
Course contents at a glance

The Bootcamp is designed by Dr Eric Cobb, the founder of Z-Health® Performance in the US. It is based on the so-called neuro-athletics training. Annette is one of the few coaches in Germany who are authorized to teach this boot camp.
What neuro-athletics training is all about is best illustrated by the following 5-minute video by Dr Ing. Eric Cobb of Z-Health® Performance:
The focus of the boot camp training is therefore not so much on the biomechanics or the movement itself, but rather on the functioning of our brain and our nervous system as a control centre of the movements. This also opens up a whole new approach to the subject of pain, which is particularly valuable for those who suffer from pain but have no clear evidence for it.
The principle is simple: Through the exercises, the individual specific brain functions that control the movements are optimized. This makes movements more effective, less painful, more enduring and stronger.
