Neurocentered personal training with Annette Boehmer (Z-Health® Certified) provides you with new approaches! The training is based on the latest neuroscience in the area of movement, posture and performance optimization. Furthermore, it integrates the three main motion-control systems movement, balance, and vision.
You will learn highly efficient customized drills from Neuroathletic training, yoga, functional fitness and mindset techniques.
First of all, before being trained with any drill, it is tested what your brain needs in particular as input. Nothing is trained, which brings no improvement. Therefore, the training is totally individual which means the highest possible benefit for you.
In each training session, you get a handful of drills that help you to increase your personal performance. As a result, inconspicuous exercises like vision drills or head movements lead to measurable changes in a short time.
The neurocentered personal training takes place after consultation with us either in the studio, at your place (travel costs will be charged extra) or via zoom call.
First check-up Session (70-90 Minutes, should be in person):
Before our first face-to-face session, we will ask you to fill out a client intake form with questions about your goals, lifestyle, and history. In the checkup session, we analyze your movement from a brain-based perspective and test your visual, vestibular and proprioceptive system. Finally, after a baseline assessment, we develop the first set of drills that work for you.They will improve your performance and to help you with specific problems. Just come in comfortable clothes, all equipment, towel and water service are included.
Each Training Session (60-70 Minutes):
We always start with a re-assessment of your movement patterns, a re-evaluation of your current pain and discomfort levels. Also, identify lifestyle aspects that might influence your performance and well-being. Each session you will leave with a set of specific drills that work for you to bring you to your next level of well-being and performance.
